I stopped by on a Sunday morning and immediately knew this was the right place for me. Derek was great!! He explained everything, showed me a unit that would fit my needs then signed me up. The building is super clean and puts my mind at ease.
Morningstar Storage in Oviedo is by far one of the best storage companies. From the initial consult about unit size, pricing, and leasing to the actual move in date Derek and Tracy gave us an impeccable five star treatment. They even offered us to use the company truck that saved us money and made our move so much easier and super quick. Deric, the manager was polite and very informative and clear with the different sizes that were available and firm with rules another cool thing then lent out a truck for you to bring your stuff over, and guess what, the truck was for free but must be within a certain Radius. Just as importantly, the place is spotless and the office closes around 6 pm but it is accessible 24hr 7 days a week.
Incredible facility with exceptional staff. Derek and Tracy were extremely welcoming and informative. They made you feel comfortable and were upfront about all of their fees and services. The facility was clean and felt safe. There were cameras and locks on all the doors and gates. Derek made sure we were comfortable with our pricing and was very accommodating and generous with us throughout the entire process. My experience was amazing. Nicest people you would want to work with. Facility is clean, easy accessible and well managed. I would recommend Morning Star to everyone!
