We have been at this location for a couple years now, and we are very pleased with the facility, as well as the staff members, especially the manager Derek. I was confused about a billing procedure and called to ask about it, and Derek quickly resolved the issue and all was well. Tracy & Derek are very quick to respond via email as well. I highly recommend Morningstar if you need anything storage related!

I recently relocated from Pennsylvania back to central Florida, and prior to my move, a good friend had recommended this facility. I'm glad she did. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Morningstar Storage - Red Bug (in Oviedo). I worked with both Derek and Tracy and they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Prices are reasonable. You'll get top notch customer service. I’ve used this location twice in the past 5 years and they are hands down the absolute best!! Clean, neat, amazingly friendly, unbeatable. Derek needs to be their employee of the year, every year!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
