I had an excellent experience with Amanda Burke at the Gleannloch location from start to finish. She really made an effort to help me, and I am greatly appreciative. The staff at this location is very friendly and professional. They keep the facility clean and secure. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and secure storage solution.

What a great experience!! Exceptional customer service is not the easiest to find these days, but Amanda was nothing short of exceptional! She made everything easy, provided quick service, and even gave me a good giggle. 10/10 recommend!

Was not informed that the gate was broken until after I paid and was almost done. Was told it would be repaired soon so we'll see. Otherwise, everything is good except I feel it's overpriced.
Amanda is spectacular..worked with me a few times(know I probably got in her never by now..lol) but I appreciate her and the storage unit..would refer this to anybody and she should be the manager of this soon
