Was not informed that the gate was broken until after I paid and was almost done. Was told it would be repaired soon so we'll see. Otherwise, everything is good except I feel it's overpriced.
Amanda is spectacular..worked with me a few times(know I probably got in her never by now..lol) but I appreciate her and the storage unit..would refer this to anybody and she should be the manager of this soon

Outstanding service, we highly recommend. Ms Amanda was a pleasure to work with. Appreciated the storage unit examples layout on the show-room floor and all the amenities that their different packages offer. Ms. Amanda made our transaction quick and smooth.

I went into the morningstar storage office to find a space after moving. I received the best service i have experienced from Amanda. I have gone to other retailers and felt rushed to choose a storage space, but felt no where near that at this location. Amanda was very patient with all the questions I had and she offered recommendations based on the items i had to put into storage. She is very sweet, I would recommend this place to any of my friends looking for extra space.
I only write reviews when I receive outstanding service and that is exactly what i recieved today from Amanda in the front office. She is very friendly and helpful and this property offers some really unique amenities for a storage facility.

Amanda Burke was great. We had initially decided on a smaller space, but she showed us a larger space which suited our needs much better. She was very professional and not pushy at all. Great service and we are already recommending this business to our friends.
