We did a little research online and we’re quite impressed with what all this storage company had to offer. However; when we arrived Ms. JoJo put the seal on the deal! She was extremely professional and yet down to earth at the same time. She ended up being the reason why we proceeded with everything. She made everything from securing a storage unit, using their FREE moving truck, & just the whole process in general a breeze! We will be sure to refer any and everyone that we know looking for a storage to Ms. JoJo! ☺️

I was so impressed with Arthur and the Morningstar Storage facility on Tyvola. It was my first experience with a storage facility and Arthur was so professional and helpful. My son and I were struggling to fit a furniture item into a small unit and Arthur came by and gave us tips and an actual hand. His humor, sense of urgency and professionalism were amazing and helped make a tense situation between mother and son so much better!

Cyndi is incredible, from the moment I walked in the door, I realized that this was to place to trust with my household goods. The location is clean, well organized and welcoming to new customers. I told Cyndi that I was new to Charlotte and she gave me a big hug. Where else would you find that service?
