I like to share my experience at my current Storage facility for my company. We currently have a unit for rent at this location for our company and the experience with Effie the Manager has been less than horrible. On three occasions she has been dismissive, rude and when questioned concerning the policies and procedures she has told us to "Read our Lease" Not quite sure why she feels that she has the right to talk down to her customers, but, there is a definite problem with her attitude and self control.
