Tomball, TX location, WORST PLACE TO RENT FROM!!! NEVER EVEN GOT THE USE OF THE UNIT PAID FOR AND NO REFUND!! STAY AWAY!!
After renting and paying for a unit at the Tomball, TX location online so as to keep the process "contactless" I was informed I had to go to the office at the facility to get my gate access code to access my unit. When I arrived via a $35 Uber ride I was told my unit I had rented was not available for me and the only unit they could offer was a $799 monthly unit. I asked where was the unit I had paid for and Steph at the office said it some items in it they had to sort through! Why were their items in my storage unit?!? It h... read more
Morning Star off of Huffsmith-Kohrville is a great storage facility. Steph was super sweet in helping get everything set up for us, and then James was very nice and efficient when we moved out of our unit. Very clean, safe, and friendly place. Will definitely go back if I need another storage unit.

Steph was awesome! Very friendly and happy to assist me with my storage unit. Signing paperwork was fast and convenient and she was very accommodating with water! Overall excellent service! Would recommend!

Hands down the best place I’ve ever stored anything. Vanessa at the front desk is the absolute best. She’s always friendly and she truly cares about her tenants. She regularly drove around just to ask if there was anything we needed when we were on site. It shows that she goes above and beyond to keep this facility running smooth and looking great.

Mrs. Vanessa was very helpful when I came in she was very courteous in helping me find a unit to fit my budget because I was undecided. Her customer service was very great .
