I had a great experience with this storage unit, thanks to Vanessa. She made the entire process incredibly easy with her clear explanations and friendly demeanor. I only spoke to her over the phone, but it was a huge plus that she spoke Spanish. My dad was able to ask all his questions and fully understand everything, which made the process even smoother. Vanessa's bilingual skills truly made a difference. Awesome service—thank you so much for all your help, Vanessa!

Excelente atención. Vanessa fue muy cordial y amable. Nos habló en español, algo que los latinos valoramos mucho. El lugar, bien ubicado, muy ordenado. Las instalaciones y bodegas son modernas y muy apropiadas para bodega o casas rodantes. ¡Recomendadísimo!

This is a really great storage facility. All the tenants are friendly and the staff is very helpful. They keep the property clean and they take care of problems/issues quickly.

The manager and the co-worker’s, Kim, Sydney, Davis are the best of the best in customer service. These people are asset to your company! I don’t know this people, Kim, Sydney and Davis before, what ever you the owner need to do, to keep them please do it. Thanks

The Manager at this location needs a raise! I honestly can not believe what all they have her do! I have seen Corynn climb on top of the dumpsters to fix the overflow.. change out broken receptacles..replacing plumbing fixtures.. mowing the lawn and taking care of the landscape. As well as her management duties.. she does the work of multiple tradesmen! Great job Corynn Cathey for going above and beyond
