Best of the best, no exceptions/no question. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is always clean and well maintained and if there is an issue it is resolved immediately! None of this ' I have to contact home office, etc." Doug is fantastic. Not only is a great person, but he knows the business and the facility. Doug was an absolute gem to work with in obtaining a storage unit. He even surprised us with a promotion we did not know about. Very detailed oriented and knowledgeable. A rare find these days. Showed us everything we needed to know with a very pleasant personality. Would highly recommend this facility.

We've been a customer here at Moringstar for 4 years. They are very easy to work with, and Doug is very, very accommodating and helpful! I certainly recommend using them for any long term storage needs.

All I needed was a small storage space for a limited time. Everyone at Morningstar was helpful, friendly and treated me like I was renting a large space. The facility is clean and very well managed. I would recommend Morningstar for any sized storage needs a person would have.

My whole experience was quick, easy, and no hassles. Jennifer got me set up in no time and answered all my questions clearly. Even though I only rented a space for the summer, there was no pressure when I called to schedule move out. I will definitely rent space here again in the future.

The Lewisville facility is very well run. I had the pleasure to interact with the manager Jennifer before, during and after obtaining a unit and she has been nothing but professional. I researched the area and found the pricing to be comparable to other storage facilities. Having the added bonus of a truck usage was nice surprise. Jennifer also explained the improved locks, 24hour access and additional cameras being installed for added security, some additional reasons I am happy to be using this facility.
