My whole experience was quick, easy, and no hassles. Jennifer got me set up in no time and answered all my questions clearly. Even though I only rented a space for the summer, there was no pressure when I called to schedule move out. I will definitely rent space here again in the future.

The Lewisville facility is very well run. I had the pleasure to interact with the manager Jennifer before, during and after obtaining a unit and she has been nothing but professional. I researched the area and found the pricing to be comparable to other storage facilities. Having the added bonus of a truck usage was nice surprise. Jennifer also explained the improved locks, 24hour access and additional cameras being installed for added security, some additional reasons I am happy to be using this facility.

My experience at the Lewisville location of Morningstar was excellent. It is always nice to do business with a friendly and knowledgeable professional like Jennifer Thomas. She took care of my request, and even changed the locking mechanism on the door. She is a real pro, and knows the business well. Thank you.

Very Disappointed with My Experience at Morning Star Storage I recently had a horrible experience with Morning Star Storage, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. Upon arrival, my entry code did not work, and I was informed by an attendant that it would take an hour for the code to reset. This was a major inconvenience during a time-sensitive move. The storage business is fairly simplistic. Customer service should be the least they can provide. After doing business at this location for 8 years, I promptly moved my belongings out and cancelled my account due to being spoken to & treated like common trash. As I have done for years, I use storage to help with overflow in my garage. As I move seasonal belongings from one place to the other, I sometimes throw away the trash that accrues. Not a lot. I have been very satisfied with the services I have received at this location from the manager, Doug and his staff. My daughters and I were paying for several storage units and Doug helped us by suggesting one larger unit that we all share and it saved us a lot of money. AARON JOYCE IS A VERY SPECIAL LEADER. HE JUST LOOKS AT A PROBLEM AND COMES UP WITH THE SOLUTION. I WAS SO IMPRESSED.WHEN HE WRAPPED THE FUNITURE. IT WAS DONE AS IT SHOULD BE DONE. AARON COUDUCED HIMSELF IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY. TRULY AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED TWO MEN AND A TRUCK TO MORNING STAR AND SEVERAL OTHERS. I am so outraged that Morningstar Storage (Formally McGee's Storage) as they have increased their rates by 25% per month. Please note that they have signs ALL OVER the place stating no increase for 12 months. They sent an email out this morning notifying all their patrons that they are increasing their rates by 25%. They know they are doing shady crap because they have a cop sitting outside just in case people get irate and need help.
