Where do I even start with this storage facility? Hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever done business with. Pam and Joy are absolute angels! The way they handled the renovations and all the chaos is so professional, and they both have amazing personalities. I do have one minor complaint: one of the front desk employees, unsure of her name. But she has been consistently rude and creates an unwelcoming environment. I would give 10 stars if I could , PAM the manager is a rockstar!!!!! Moving is never easy and she made my day SO SO much better, as a company you should have her train all your front line people!

The main reason that I chose Morningstar is (upon recommendation from a neighbor) they had a 12 month price guarantee. After getting burned at Extra Space storage with monthly price increases, I was done. The set up and move in process was helpful and the girl at the front was helpful upon move in!

Scott and Joy were fantastic through the whole process from the beginning to the end. They were very willing to help and corporative accommodate my needs. Very prompt responses to my inquiries. Will definitely use Morningstar Horizon again. Highly recommend.
