What a WONDERFUL experience at Morningstar Storage last week with Joy showing me around and helping me select just the right size storage for my needs. The facility is exceptionally clean and protected with gates and locked doors set up so no one can just "slip" into the grounds. They are monitored very well in the office and the paperwork was extremely organized and quick to set up. Joy's wonderful personality made it a PLUS for me to rent here! Very professional service received from Scott at Horizon Ridge. Storage for business all set up online, followed by a call from Scott to confirm the details. Their delivery acceptance facility is a real bonus for our business allowing us to receive packages for placement directly into storage. 24hrs access is going to be a real help when visiting this location.

Morningstar Is a top notch storage facility and when I heard they were coming to town and were offering 2 months free storage. I had to move my stuff there because I love my stuff and I've been there since the opening now and it's been absolutely marvelous they make you feel like family and I love the attitude of welcome back your stuff missed you!! Scott was extremely helpful and accommodating during our large office move. We were also offered the use of their box truck free of charge. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for an easy professional experience with very attentive staff!

The facility is clean, secure, well lit inside and out and allows 24 hour access. They also have great hand trucks free to use as well as use of their box truck. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend for your storage needs.

I have been treated like a friend, not just a customer. But not just by being friendly -- the great folks there have been helpful beyond what I could've imagined. Their approach has been "How can I help you," not "When are you moving in and paying your rent." The facility is clean, secure, convenient. The only inconvenience has been having to make a U-turn at the light coming from my home, and that's hardly worthy of diminishing their fifth star.
