I went to Morristown Chevrolet and got a Chrysler 300. The transmission was bad. They tired to fix the car and couldn't. While they tried to get it fixed they let me drive a 2013 Equinox. That was a very nice car. Well the Chrysler 300 I got couldn't be fixed. So they gave me all my money back. I appreciate everything they did for me. They honored everything they said they would do. Thank you Morristown Chevrolet.
All the people at Chevrolet of Morristown were so friendly and acted like they were happy that you had come to do business with them. They came out and greeted you. My salesman was the nicest man to deal with. He wanted to sell me a car and sell me what I wanted. He wasn't one bit pushy and was so professional and also looked and dressed professional. I would recommend Chevrolet of Morristown to anyone who was in the market for a car!!
So far everything has been positive. Dustin Kaufmann did a good job and I suggest you give these guys a chance when looking for a vehicle.
Just an oil change but executed quickly. I always have a pleasant quick service. Service will be main reason I buy another car from this dealer.
This dealership is awesome - I have had dealings with the service and parts depts and I can honestly say this is truly the friendliest dealership I have ever encountered. BTW I was a service mgr at a dealership in another state in the past & I am amazed how well this dealership operates to ensue their customers are satisfied and happy when they leave.
Glad they got rid of owners son in Service Dept. He was an idiot! See Danny to buy a car! Great.
