They never return phone calls. Regardless if you call every day. Totaled my new truck and needed fiance department to call me back to take care of closing my loan and get another vehicle.

Last time my car was there for “free oil changes”. Few years ago. Tech disconnected a evap line by the gas tank. Was throwing codes for large evap leak. Unfortunately for them I’m a ASE certified mechanic with over 30 years experience . Found the line this disconnected! Fixed it myself. Also been getting random text messages from a Curtis trying to sell me a new car 8/16/25. In violation of the National do not call list! Will be seeking legal remedy

My dad purchased a vehicle here and it’s been in the shop more than he’s had it. They’ve had it in the shop the last almost 4 months. He finally got it back a week or so ago and now it’s back in the shop. One problem after another since he bought it. And the gm is a complete a$$hole. I guess he’d be more understanding if he was paying for a car that he can’t even drive but he’s too busy lying about the cars on his lot just so he can make that sale.

have bought a lot of cars in my life and this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. general manager of sales? andy is an absolute punk....it's all about the $ and not at all about taking care of a customer.. sad when even the service dept stated that this is worst car they have ever dealt with. I recommend not just walking away...RUN as fast as you can to another dealer!

My parents have got two trucks from them both have been in the shop more than they have drove them. Would not I mean would not recommend this place. Scam. Lie about everything.
