I want to say our service with Morristown Nissan was great. We went in to buy a Frontier and we walked out with a Frontier. Simon was our Salesman and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and didn't try to push us into anything which was awesome. Then TJ was our fiancee person and he is very good at explaining everything to you and not just saying signing here here here so you know what you are getting, Great experience with this Dealership. 3rd car we bought from them we will be back!!!
Our service with Simon was amazing. He was very attentive to what we wanted our budgets and also our needs. He was very knowledgeable and had a great interaction with us, We didn't feel like we were being pushed into anything. Then TJ the Finance Manager was awesome also. Great experience we will be back. I love my 2021 Kicks. It rides great and I have all sorts of good compliments about our car. We traded our other car on 5/11/2023. We had a great car saleslady named Alyshia Reynolds. I love my Nissan Maxima that I bought at East Tennessee Nissan. The car is clean, inside and out, and very well maintained. My salesperson Ophelia Salvador was really nice. Quick, Stress Free, Fun, Friendly After owning my vehicle for 15 years, it was time to move on to something new. I have always wanted a pearl white Nissan Altima. East Tn Nissan had exactly what I was looking for in my price range. The staff at East TN Nissan was fast at taking care of my vehicle needs and friendly while doing it.
