They were prompt and spoke knowledgeable about what they did on the vehicle.
First time in 9 years coming there was actually shown how they do inspections on breaks.

With appointment @11:30 for oil change/tire rotation and not done until 1:30 was unacceptable. Then the invoice was incorrect & it took 2 calls & one visit to correct.
