Very nic e informative staff. Kept me updated on progress. The service department has always done as they say and are very courtesy. The waiting area is nicely stocked with drinks and snacks. No complaints at all. Highly recommend.

Service department rocks! The service department got me in quickly and two workers stayed during lunch to perform a diagnostic on my car. Despite the bad news of a dying A/C compressor, Melissa went above and beyond for me. She softened the blow with a complimentary car wash.
Great customer service, Luis goes the extra mile!!! We had a great experience with the people who treated us. Kandance is great. Luis is the man!!!!!! He went the extra mile to find what we wanted and how we wanted it. We were not easy, but Luis treated us professionally, was honest and thrived for our satisfaction as customers!! Traded in our 2016 Rogue for a 2020!!! My wife is really happy with her Rogue and so am I!!!!!
