Suzanne was great. We chose to refinance our home; all we had to do was get in touch with her, Esign a dozen or so things, and close. We chose to close in person to save even more time and it took exactly 29 minutes. We even got $600 back we weren't expecting. Highly recommend.

Suzanne is the best she helped me and my wife every step of the way and I can't stress that enough. She answered our call morning noon and night. John Bruington was very professional and helpful. He answered all our questions and made some helpful suggestions during the loan process. The entire MIG group was prompt with answers to our questions and helped guide us through the electronic portion of our refinance.

I was blessed when I got Chase as my mortgage leaner. I had a quick timeline where I was needing to close on a house within a month and Chase met that deadline for me. He made sure I got the documents I needed in a timely manner and was sure to answer any questions I had through the process.
