My experiences with Terre began in 2013 when I bought my townhouse. I received a lower rate than the one I was quoted by one of the major banks, and the local service, friendly demeanor, and quick response was greatly appreciated. I did a refinance this time in 2020, and since 2013, Terre's system has used more digital adoption to make the process incredibly easier and faster. As usual, the service was great! I definitely recommend Mortgage Investor's Group.
