Kim was very professional, answered all our questions. Doing a long distance transaction was no problem. When she wasn't available she made sure I had someone else to contact.

When I'm going to work with someone, I look for details on the individual. When LaShondra was assigned as my loan officer, I looked for her on Social Media and discovered we have a faith in common.
