Shannon was the best, She was very knowledgeable and as a first time homebuyer, she taught me a lot. She was patient when my questions seemed somewhat obvious and was a great teacher. You can tell she really cares about what she does and she really wants to make peoples home buying process as easy as it can be. I have used Cherith for the second time and each time she totally delivers! Cherith and her whole team are all amazing and will work FOR YOU to get you the best rates possible. I will never work with anyone but Lauren again. As a first time homebuyer she made the process as simple to understand as possible and was always ready to answer a questions I had regardless of how small they were. Her response times were amazing. Despite the fact that I often texted at 8pm due to my job schedule I never waited more than a few minutes for a response. I closed on my new home today. Beckey has been more than phenomenal. Originally, I had a pre-approval with a different bank and was very hesitant to have my credit run a 2nd time but I also was not happy with my original bank at all. Beckey helped me get a lower interest rate, she helped me get a loan that would cost less money to close, helped me save money on home insurance, and was highly communicative and resourceful. What more can one possibly ask from a loan officer? Thank you for everything Beckey. I mean it.
