I liked Jordan the first time we met over a cup of coffee. Before ever discussing my financing needs, Jordan took the time to get to know me, and without ever stating it, I could tell that this guy really cares about the people he works with. J.T. was professional and attentive. We were a bit of a handful, and we had a lot of surprises during our closing period (unexpected credit issues, moving closing dates, etc.), but J.T. was always a step ahead of us. She was easy to get a hold of, incredibly responsive, and a joy to work with. This is my second home purchase, and J.T. was head and shoulders better than my first mortgage broker. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Seriously- Pete Zaft and his staff are incredible. Between my husband and I- we own 8 properties and have plenty of experience with mortgage loans and the refinance process.
