Lea was recommended to us by our Realtor, he got us pre-approved and then worked with us every time we had to change the loan type to suit the seller. This was not your ordinary loan, but Lea was a trooper and stuck with us all the way to the end. Overall I'm very pleased with Lea, he's a great guy and good at what he does.

Working in the music industry provided a number of challenges (variable hourly pay, multiple employers, etc.) Rob did a great job finding and executing solutions to every obstacle we faced. We were able to close on time and Rob was very informative and communicative throughout the entire loan process. Very thankful we had Rob on our team.

We originally started with her mother in law but she transferred our loan to Shea when we were in process of buying a house. They did return phone calls and emails quickly. I don't feel like things like Escrow or closing costs were explained to us at all. We didn't know what we were doing and often I felt dumb or unknowledgeable. It was very stressful getting everything done on time for the loan to process. We are thankful we have our home but definitely don't want to go through this process again.
