I absolutely love this company. This is the second house I have bought with your help. My first house was as a first time, single mom, purchaser back in 2000. You guys were awesome, upfront about everything, explained everything, and helped me through the different programs available at the time. This time was no different, actually I and my parents (who I bought the house from) were amazed with how professional and quick the process was from beginning to end. Robert excels in his profession! He provided the most comfortable and pleasant application experience. Usually people don't enjoy a loan application experience. But, Robert made the process a great experience. He is genuine and made the process easy. KUDOS !!!!!!!!

J.T. and the folks at MIG were excellent for my wife and myself buying our first home. We had lots of questions coming in and they made us feel comfortable with this big decision. J.T. was also looking out for our budget, trying to get us the best deal in every situation.

My wife has previously worked in real estate, and has worked with Kim Swann in the past. She has a very good reputation admungst real estate agents in my area. So when it come time for me and wife to relocate we went straight to her. Now I know first hand how she has built her reputation. Very kind and polite, and quick to respond to all of my questions and emails. It was a pleasure working with her. A+

I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer to help finance my first home. Joe was there from the get go and always kept me in the know. He is patient but he is also persistent when it comes to working for you. We closed on our home on the first try and he gave us all the information we needed up front. If I knew buying a home was this easy I would of done it before now. Thank you Joe!

Shannon is a very committed individual that helped us from start to finish answering all questions and concerns. She was friendly and always answered her phone, email, or text in a timely manner. Our loan was expedited and her company handled all situations in a professional manner. Her team was similar and we could see that customers satisfaction was greatly important to all.
