Kim was very friendly and knowledgeable about the load process. She worked very hard and was on call day and evenings. She had to work extra hard to get us closed early to work it in with our work schedules and the days we were off. I highly recommend her.

I couldn't have asked for a better mortgage lender and loan officer. She was always (almost daily) in communications with me. Highly motivated to move forward the closing process and closed my loan. Also, just a few short days prior to my closing date, I had an issue with one of my reports. Instead of raising my interest rate and closing costs, Mortgage Investors Group absorbed all of these costs!!! A ++++++ By the way: I rarely post reviews. I felt so positive about the process and my loan officer I had to post.

Dale was available 24/7 every step of the way for my first home purchase. He was attentive and very quick to respond to any questions I had! I couldn't have asked for a better lender for my first home and will definitely work with him again for any future mortgages.

We lived in the Caribbean when we contacted Pete, in the first call we had, he explained the process and everything we needed, the second call was not even 2 hours later and we were qualified. Loren sent all the paperwork to us via email, her attention to detail was impeccable. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and fast!!
