I was probably Lisa's worst nightmare as a lender. She was patient, but organized, where I've never been. We were two days out from closing and I was confident it would fall through from things completely my fault, but she gave me confidence and guidance step-by-step the entire way up until closing time. She may not say the same about me, but I would work with her any time hands down.
