We had a great experience with Katrina, she treated us as if we were family. Not only was she supportive through our entire long process, but she was on our team. Even in closing she was watching out for our best interest. For that-- we are thankful. Katrina was there through the purchase of our home and because of the relationship we formed, she will be a part of our lives from here on out.
I was planning to wait a while to buy a home, but after asking Katrina a few questions, I realized I was more than ready to buy now. She was extremely helpful in making my first home purchase a reality.

During the entire loan process, Samanda Knight and her office staff were excellent to work with . They answered every question I had, in a language I understood. Anything I needed, they returned my inquiry the same day. She made sure to search for the very best rate and loan available to me. Through the very end, she made any and all changes necessary to ensure that closing went as smooth as possible. I would use her again, if I ever purchase another home. She was great to work with!
My fiancé and I started the process early this year, looking into buying a home. We were given Samanda's information from a friend. She was nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. We had never purchased a home before and did not fully understand the process. She helped in everyway, met in person and always responded back quickly. She was able to get our house close within 1 month. If I purchase another home it will definitely be with her.
