Mr Swan was extremely efficient, timely, and knowledgeable. We have worked with him previously, when we purchased our first home, and knew he would be the only one we would want to work with when we moved back to the area. As luck would have it, we moved back to Tennessee, and the first person we called when looking for a lender was Mr Swan. We cannot say enough good things about him and Mortgage Investors Group, they are fantastic, and are so easy to work with.

Addison was great to work with! I was a first time homebuyer, and Addison was so helpful throughout the entire process, from approval to closing. For our home loan we were originally using Rocket Mortgage. However as the buying process was getting more in depth our realtor recommended going with a local Lendor and introduced us to Heather. So glad we went with her! From day one she was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Heather was such a joy to work with and made our loan process so easy. We ended up closing in less than 30 days with an FHA loan, unheard of right?! You won't be sorry putting your loan in Heather's hands.

Once again, Andrew and MIG knocked it out of the park for us! They secured us a low rate, had us clear to close weeks in advance, and provided top notch customer service! This is our second time working with Andrew for our mortgage and we will definitely call him first if we need a home loan in the future! Highly recommend!
