I am a first-time home buyer who had very little knowledge going into the process. Addison and the folks at MIG answered all my questions and made the entire loan process a breeze. Out of 5 lenders I compared Addison was the most communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a home loan.
Darren is a very experienced and knowledgeable lender. Him and his outstanding team that he manages will do anything they can to help you get approved and close as quickly as possible. He even showed up in person with our realtor and helped do repairs on a property just so we could make the closing date. If Darren and his team can't get you approved then no one can. Start with Darren and his team because they are simply the best.
Kristin Abouelata And her team help us every step of the way through the purchase of our new home in Smyrna Tennessee . She made the experience easy and stress free since she and her team took care of everything for us since we were moving from California and was on the road traveling to Smyrna during the week before our closing.

If you get the chance to work with Kristin Blackberg you are in insanely GREAT hands. I worked with 2 other loan officers before her and they were lazy, didn’t pick up the phone when I needed. So I found Kristin and told her I was in a time sensitive situation and she expedited everything I needed to close my house. I ended up closing in only one month.
