Kristin was very available, quick to respond to my emails, and was patient and helpful when my first home fell through and the process took longer than expected.
Very helpful guiding us through each step of the home buying process. She and her assistant were wonderful and always responded very promptly to our questions. Excellent job keeping us informed. I was worried the home buying process was going to be so complicated that I was dreading it but Samanda made it so easy for us. This was a great experience and we are so happy with our new home.
Lisa was absolutely amazing through our home buying process. We anticipated hiccups along they way because we lived out of state - but Lisa made sure everything ran smoothly during each step. My only complaint is she complains she plans to be busy the weekend we move to our forever home! :-)
Katrina was a true professional throughout our home building experience. She kept us updated on rates, different types of loans available, and made sure that we closed right on time. We will definitely use her as our loan officer in the future. It was a pleasure working with someone who always had time for every question and concern we had, no matter what day or time it was.
This is our second time working with Kristin, and we could not be happier with our experience. I gave her 5 stars in every category because she did a fabulous job in every respect. She was quick to respond to any an all of our inquiries, and made the process as painless as possible us as home buyers.
Katrina worked very hard to find what worked for me. She was available anytime, even nights and weekends. She is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.
Basically, the purchase of our dream home would not have happened without Katrina's persistent pursuit of whatever was necessary to push our loan through. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone attempting to secure financing for a home purchase.
Katrina Shelton did an excellent job with our mortgage. She even got up real earlier at 7am to do our closing. They processed everything in a speedy fashion with no issues.
They were super responsive to our loan requests which enabled us to purchase our dream cabin in record time. She and her staff are truly the BEST!!! I started with one property but due to circumstances beyond our control we had to change the property we were purchasing. Lisa and her staff quickly got an approval on our application so we could bid on the cabin we wanted in just an afternoon.
