Robert was great. He answered his phone and text messages promptly. He got our loan processed, when we thought we were going to loose the deal. He went the extra mile with customer service and satisfaction.
I have used Nellie Howard on 2 different house purchases. I have had nothing but great success and stress free transactions. Nellie Howard goes above and beyond when taking care of her customers.
