Darren was helpful to me and stayed in contact consistently regarding needed paperwork and information. He checked in on me often and called me on the day of my closing to congratulate me.
Cherith is AMAZING! When we told her that we were ready to put an offer in on a home, she had our loan approved in less than an hour! Even on a Saturday! She is very responsive and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions in depth and was always available to answer her phone. 10/10!

Darren, was always available immediately to handle anything that came up during the 30 day escrow period. Awesome how it didn't matter what time or day it was he was always available, and I was in California at the time, so we had the 3 hour discrepancy in time. From A to Z perfect. Courteous, kind, helpful.
