Dawn was helpful on the loan process with buying our dream house in beautiful eastern Tennessee. We were kinda lost coming from Indiana but she very caring and understanding.
Jeremy and Brittany did an excellent job on the purchase of our new home. This is our 3rd purchase of a home and every time I ONLY use Jeremy and Brittany. They take time to make sure you are getting the best rate and deal possible for your home. Jeremy takes time to explain the numbers in detail and Brittany explains all the paperwork in detail to ensure a smooth closing. The service, communication, and ease of transaction is amazing. Do yourself a favor and just call them first, you will not be sorry.
My husband and I were referred to Ben Lane to process our mortgage and he was great to work with. His Response time was always quick, he always kind and helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. Definitely made the home buying process a little easier.
