I would recommend him to anyone that is buying their first home. He was so helpful throughout the whole entire process. I would text him everyday when I didn't know what something meant or if I had a simple question. One thing that I really enjoyed about working with him was he was never too busy to get back to me. Jin who is a referral partner of mine, and was extremely helpful for the entire process. We started out with another lender because of their relationship with my real estate agent, but we quickly realized that communication is key, and Jin kept asking for updates—not trying to sell me— he just genuinely wanted to know if he could help.
