Kristie was outstanding. We were first-time home buyers and she made the experience so easy. We naturally had a million questions and she was always quick to answer. When we had to put in an offer within a few hours, she was lightning fast to send the pre approval letter for the offer. Nothing but professionalism and supportiveness from Kristie. My wife (Julie) and I were introduced to Sherry through our realtor in January of '22 as a great Loan Officer for Mortgage Investors Group. I felt I was very fortunate to have Sherry McHaffy help me with my loan , because I am not very good at using a computer. And as I had to do most things online, I had to call Sherry many times for help , she could not have been any nicer.
