Kristin and her team at MIG know what they are doing, they handle the details and the mortgage portion of your purchase or REFI, while you manage and live your life. This experience was smooth and easy. Aubri was "tuned in" as she was asking for items quickly so we weren't scrambling at the last minute to get paperwork done. She answered my questions in a very timely manner. The whole experience was easy for me and I didn't have a worry while I was making arrangements to sell my other home and move. Nate is absolutely FANTASTIC!! He has helped us purchase 4 houses so far. He made the whole process so easy, and explained things every step of the way. We had to do a 1031, and he diligently worked with us and with our 1031 guy, making sure we understood everything as we went. Talk about having the heart of a teacher!
