Aubri was very helpful in my home buying process and helped me receive very competitive interest rate and closing costs. She made herself available whenever I had questions on some things and worked quick. I also worked with Kristin to help me secure my loan. I couldn't be happier with my home purchasing experience. Henry made everything seem so easy. The process which I'm somewhat familiar with is slightly different between states, and Henry took the time to answer ALL of my questions. Donna shepherded me through all of the complicated steps of working with a lender for a first time home purchase with an amazing amount of patience. Cynthia Fleenor was great. I would recommend her to anyone. She went beyond her job to help me with my loan. This was my first house purchase and it was a very confusing time for me. My wife and I found ourselves in a rushed position to get into a home, and with Cherith's help we went from not even being pre-approved to having an offer accepted within 5 hours of viewing the house. We were first time buyers, and she was patient, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. If you're looking to get into a new house and are worried about feeling overwhelmed I would absolutely recommend going to her.
