After renting from them for several years I felt the need to write a review. They have always responded timely and took care of any maintenance that was needed at our rental. I would definitely recommend renting from them to friends.

We have been renters of a property that they manage for 4 year now. They are very organized and good at what they do. They responded to my emails very quickly and thoroughly addressed any inquiries that I made. They seem to genuinely care about both the property owner and the tenant. I recently worked with Derek and he did a great job with transitioning us out of our lease. When my mom and son and I first moved into the home it was managed by a different management company and they were the worst I've ever seen. Remax Mosaic took over and everything changed! This company is professional and especially our specific manager, Derek M****. He's a professional that gets things done!! I'm saddened we couldn't find another rental from them as we will miss them very much! Truly a pleasure!!!

Mosaic manages a property next door to mine and a palm tree was planted to close to the fence, the root system has cracked the fence and left large gaping holes. I contacted Mosaic to months a go to get it repaired, and have largely been ignored, All they would do is remove the palm tree, but refuse to fix the fence. Think twice before considering them for Property Mngt. - *** *******

I apologize the repairs haven't been done as timely as you would have liked, but unfortunately, as the property manager and not the landlord that is out of our control. We are continuing to work on the issue with the owner and hope to have a resolution soon.
