In short: not the best, not the worst as a tenant. Seemed like living in a college dorm with the condition of the property and the monitoring they did. They weren't even good at tracking their own documents, as we were charged for pre-existing damages. Avoid if you can. If you have issues and need to escalate things, the broker's license and employees real estate licenses are part of the public database at services.azre.gov We were tenants of a property managed by Mosaic. They were my property manager for 3 years. They did a decent job of finding tenets and keeping it rented. Their communication was also average. Where they lacked was ensuring my property was returned to me at the same condition it was rented in.After returning from being stationed overseas and moving back to the home their lack of attention to detail became apparent. Rooms that I was charged to repaint because of "wear and tear" weren't even painted the same color or sheen causing patches everywhere. A window had been broken... read more

We have been trying to put our 30 day notice in with Mosaic properties, and have not received any correspondence in 2 weeks. We put our notice in 30 days prior to June 1st, and have no idea if it's been received. We have left numerous voicemails and have sent several emails with no reply. As tenants, we're trying to do our part but this is absolutely terrible business management. Unfortunately I'm being forced to leave a star but for me this a ZERO STAR REVIEW!!!! I've been a tenant of Mosaic Properties since 2019. I cant say this has been a pleasant experience. Last maintenance request I did was when covid was announced and they never came and they put complete for what i was asking to be fixed and NOTHING was fixed ever for that request. Liz,You and I both know that you are a crook with no morals at all. You have a habit of cheating your tenants and people who apply for homes with you. I've read the reviews that I should have read 3 years ago, before I gave you 3 years of faithful rent and took good care of the property while living there. The reviews show a clear history of inviting people to apply for properties you'vealready rented out, of charging tenants for things you demand they take care of themselves (like the non-refundable cleaning fee) then charg... read more

My application was accepted and once the lease was provided I had questions. They are ok with running a business that has loop holes in their lease, they refuse to provide verbal conversations in writing and they have laws they are specifically breaking. When I asked my questions and asked for the details to be put in writing, without explanation they terminated our agreement said we couldn't work together, I may be better off working with someone private. Light Fixture. This story is a microcosm of the experiences I’ve had with Mosaic Properties’ management team over my two-and-a-half-year tenure as a tenant. The only thing consistent with their office is their lack of regard for their tenants and their high regard for the landlords. I had replaced the original incandescent bulb above the fireplace which had gone out with a more efficient compact florescent bulb. Business response:

As we said in many emails and over the phone - lightbulbs and any repair requests that are submitted by the tenant and found to have no repair needed (putting in the correct type of light bulb is not a repair) are charged back to the tenant. This is clearly stated in your lease and we hold all tenants to their lease agreements, regardless of payment history, number of maintenance requests, etc. In the end, the only thing wrong with the light was you used the wrong bulb.
