My application was accepted and once the lease was provided I had questions. They are ok with running a business that has loop holes in their lease, they refuse to provide verbal conversations in writing and they have laws they are specifically breaking. Light Fixture. This story is a microcosm of the experiences I’ve had with Mosaic Properties’ management team over my two-and-a-half-year tenure as a tenant. The only thing consistent with their office is their lack of regard for their tenants and their high regard for the landlords.
