RecommendedMost of the staff was very nice and professional, except for one that was very rude, when we came in Without a mask. (Forgot it in the car..more concerned getting my daughter in with a possible fracture). I never received any paperwork on the follow up procedure or a receipt for what I was charged. My only other concern was that the PA read the x-ray, I asked if a radiologist would confirm and I was told no.

I apologize for the reaction of the staff in regards to wearing a mask. We ask all our patients to wear a mask when entering the building for your safety and ours. The front desk typically emails the receipt to the email address you provided on the new patient paperwork. We will be happy to send it again if you did not receive it. The xrays are read by our PA who has been in orthopedics for many, many years. Our overseeing Orthopedic Surgeon is available to read the xray if needed.
