This is a friendly, professional group of people. Ashley 1 and Ashley 2 were the BEST as they helped my husband navigate his post-surgery. Highly recommend Moss Creek Urgent Care, and the staff of Dr. Gavin. Andrea has been wonderful to help us, and Dr. Gavin to see my husband!!! Front desk Sharon was nice too!
Good experience getting in quickly and I really liked the doctor. Office visit was smooth and I was able to get an MRI scheduled on my back fairly quickly. Downside was I had a question and called twice with no return phone call. I never heard from them again. I believe they refer you to another doctor for reading the MRI? It would have been nice to understand that is how it works since they don't return phone calls. I inadvertently got my leg cast wet while vacationing in Hilton Head, and needed to get a replacement. The team at Moss Creek Orthopedics was able to take care of me, even though I had arrived after their customary time to not take on such a case given it was close to their closing time. Ashley was super friendly as she expertly removed my cast. And Paul did a great job putting on the new cast, and was also quite friendly and knowledgeable. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how quick the doctors were able to get me in x-rayed treated and out the door. It was a walk-in visit and they were faster than most doctors when you have a specific appointment. The whole staff was a pleasure and everything seems to be working properly now. This office is definitely an asset to our community.
A super experience Dr Altongy was very thorough and explained the source of my pain as from a long time injury. Following his directions I was virtually pain free after 2 days. I sure was glad I made the decision to visit the urgent care facility
