When you purchase something from them make sure it’s in writing!

I took my Kawasaki Mule in for repair. Almost $300 later I was told they “fixed the problem”. After unloading it from the trailer it was apparent that the issue was not resolved. I took it to a real mechanic that repaired the problem in 10 minutes time for $35. Cycle Center will lie to you, then take your money. Run fast in the opposite direction!!

Its like pulling teeth to get sales manager JT Millerd to contact you. I have been trying to negotiate a price on a used BMW with him for a week and can't get any response or answer as to whether my offer will be accepted. No pressure sales is great but no response sales is a new one on me.

Parts department very helpful and always ask if I need help. Brought my family up to purchase an ATV and not a single “can I help you” or “do you need help” from any of the sales staff for at least 20 minutes while we were there looking. Headed down the road to purchase.

Took my Honda 680 Rinco in for repair, they had it 6 weeks and charged me $1400. Get it back and it still has the same problem, I took it back in and they had it another 2 weeks and then tell me it’s in internal problem, so I spent $1400 and the problem is worst. Hell of a deal! I will never do business here again.

As he and the service manager explained, $830.55 of your repair order was for a new exhaust to replace the very loud exhaust so your Rincon would be quite for hunting. This was done at your request. The additional $432.45, was to replace damaged parts that were causing your Honda to idle up very high and grind gears. Spent $17,000+ on a Polaris ranger when my first question was how would we get it home? The response being don't worry we can get it there or uhaul will have a trailer. (Uhaul doesn't have trailers that will haul it) Needless to say 5+ hours there they have my money and my Polaris Ranger because there's no way to get it to my house. Andrew was awesome but otherwise horrible experience.

Cycle Center is the BEST (but won't know that till end of story). Brought in my husband and I's BMW GS650's for yearly service and a set of new tires on mine before we left for our vacation in the mountains. The service guy accidentally wrote down the change of tires to be on my husbands bike. Upon arriving and seeing that my bike didn't have new tires - they greatly apologized and switched them out while we waited. At first, this made me go hmmm concerning service.
