I bought a used BMW from them and since I got it it was periodically dying and idling a little rough. My first bike I didn’t know how it was supposed to run. It got worse and worse so I brought it in and charged me $300 to replace a hose after I paid for the reconditioning fee when I bought it and paid for a extended warranty that was sold to me(it didn’t cover it). Absolute worst service department I have ever experienced. Took a razr in having fuel pump issues, they said the fuel pump was good(although two other dealerships told us it was the fuel pump after we described what was going on). Then tells us they don’t know what is wrong with it,WTH!!! They tried saying it was bad gas, two other units get fuel from the same gas pump as that one every time and their are no issues with them. You could quit spamming me. I don't own a motorcycle. I have never owned a motorcycle... and if you don't quit jamming my cell phone with your unwanted texts, I might come in and have an unwanted conversation in the middle of your work day... and you do *not* want that.
I’m happy with my bike purchase, however parts and service need to get their stuff together. Brand new bike and the handle bar clamps were not tight when I unloaded it at home. Glad I didn’t ride it home that night. Ordered a helmet they didn’t have in the store. Was told they were in stock and it would be in later the next week. Called at the end of that next week and the first of the following week and still not in. RecommendedThis place just has it down. They make it a good experience, to me that is the most important thing. Anyone can take your money and smile, its hard to actually be an advocate for so many customers but Cycle Center has figured it out!
On March 27, 2018 we took our 2016 Honda pioneer side by side into the cycle center of Denton for the 50 hour service maintenance. One of the 14 items on the routine maintenance checklist is to “check parking brake adjustment” in addition to checking the front and rear brakes. We picked up our side by side on April 3. When we got it home and unloaded it, the parking brake did not work. My husband called to let them know about the problem.
