RecommendedMark and the service department took great care of my 2005 R1200GS that needed recall work done after a failure. Mark communicated with me before and after work was performed and went into all the details about the status of each repair. He knew I was coming from the Lexington area and kept that in mind for any logistics. He also remembered me by name when I walked in the door several weeks later. That impressed me. I had a great experience and will be back.

Started on the G310R two years ago and today got the bike of my dreams R1200GS! they have been patient and never pushy through everything and encouraged me on all the demo days to ride everything to make sure I was happy and safe. The best dealership in the country as far as I'm concerned.

RecommendedFree delivery and pickup by Larry, worth it's weight in gold! Being almost 2 hours away was the only hesitation I had to buy my 2018 BMW K1600GT here but this service alleviates that concern. Larry will text you of exact eta or you can leave it in the driveway for him to pickup if at work! Mark is a great service manager that will take care of you!
