I was interested in a new BMW. Last spring I stopped in the dealership to look at a new R1200GS. I've owned 6 BMW's previously over the years however have been riding Harleys for the last 12. They had a few GS's in various color/configurations on the floor. Brian Howard was very informative & patient during my decision process. BMW bikes are awesome, but God help you if you need service. I've got a fuel leak problem on my bike and I've literally been trying to get a hold of ANYONE in service for the last 3 days with no luck. I get the receptionist who transfers me to service, but no one picks up. Then they suggest I call back later or leave a message. I left two messages on 2 separate days, no call back. I've decided I'm going to a 3rd party service shop owned by a well known reputable technician.
