Chris stayed over two hours after closing time to get my paperwork processed because I had my heart set on riding it home that day, and Citibank was being their useless worthless selves, and Jim was a pleasure to work with during the sale. I ended up buying some gear to go with it and they threw in the perfect tail bag for the bike. I usually avoid dealers and prefer private mechanics, but Bob's converted me. I'll definitely be a long-term customer.
