I own 2 BMW cars and a BMW motorcycle so I obviously like the manufacturer. Ready to trade in my K1300 on the 2020 K1600 Bagger so I walked in last week and wandered around for at least 20 minutes while every salesperson on the floor ignored me, even those that were sitting alone at their desks not working with customers. had my buddies 2011 BMW S1000RR in the shop for at least 2 months to do some recall work and replace the high beam HID kit. kept telling him HID kit was delayed or couldn't get it well here it is, Wednesday, less than a week after we went and got it back from Bob's and HID replacement kit came in the mail today. and only took 30 minutes to replace. sucks their the only BMW dealership here
