I want to take a second to give a shout out to the parts and svc department. I own a older model BMW GSA. I was in need of a part that had I not came in and shopped local would have bought the wrong part online. Parts department is highly knowledgeable and will research/find and take the time to find the right answer at a reasonable price.

When I bought the bike it was seriously the most straightforward and honest purchase I’ve ever made in a dealership. I went in with the “your not gonna rip me off attitude” after visiting some other places and was totally surprised at the complete humbleness and friendly attitude of the salesman here. I don’t know if they make commission or what, but I legitimately felt like the guys here had my best interest in mind. Just bought my first bike here, the staff was great and didn't make me feel awkward for asking questions. Tom was especially accommodating. Overall a very easy experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a bike or services.
We went to Adventure Motorsports of NWF to have a tire mounted for our Honda VTX since Harley Davidson would not help us since we did not purchase the tire from them... Everyone at Adventure Motorsports was extremely friendly, helpful, and hospitable. They offered impeccable customer service. By far the best experience we have had with a Motorcycle dealer. We loved it so much, we ended up trading our Honda in the same day for an Indian Chieftain! Thanks guys! You're the best!
Drove to get Roxanne a new pair of shoes ( Commander II's)... From the moment I walked in until I left , it was the best service experience I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of! I’ve been a customer of Adventure Motorsports for some time now. Despite some ups and downs, they have been nothing but fair. Jay, the new service manager is very good about letting you know what’s going on with your bike and ensuring that you get the best service that can be offered. James, the new sales manager is EXTREMELY professional and actually looks out for the customer. The new management staff at Adventure Motorsports has made a tremendous change in this company.
