I have been driving motorcycles since 1967 and I've never had a worse experience with a shop than I've had with Adventure of NWF. The starter would not work on my bike. I brought it to them and they kept it for 5 weeks and only looked at it after I had hounded them over the phone. They charged me $440 to install a new battery and DIDN'T fix the problem (the starter still did nothing). They said they could replace ALL the electric wiring as it was old (the bike is a 1975 R90) for over $3 GRAND!!!! I said no and picked up the ... read more
Being an Indian dealership and owning 2 Indian bikes, we wanted to stop by. We were in the place probably 30 minutes looking at bikes and accessories and no one so much as uttered "Hello" to us. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a dealership....
