Friendly staff. My pup and I were treated professionally, my concerns were listened to in a timely manner and I was given options on treatments. I also received a follow up call this morning to check on how my pup was doing. Very pleased!

This place is the best I’ve found for my aminals. Dr Parrish and her team are super caring, very communicative and they just care about the patients and their parents equally. That’s super important to me when choosing and continuing working with a vet. We have tried others in the area but after switching to Mountain Ridge about 5 years ago, we’d never take any pet anywhere else!

We love Mountain Ridge! The vets, techs and front desk staff are always super professional, informative, and caring. They take amazing care of our babies, Bodie and Chief!
Over Christmas my family and I had to make the difficult decision to put our old dog Nikki girl to sleep. We were devastated, she came to us on Christmas 15 years ago and left us this Christmas....with that said, today I received from Mountain Ridge Animal Hospital a sympathy note hand written by each of the staff...although it brought tears, it also brought a kind of closure to know that the staff understood how much we loved her....and to know how much they cared. Thank you to a great group of caring people.
