We've visited Mountain Vista 4 times now, along with a number of phone calls, in a search for a place where mom might want to live. Always, Lisa Weber, has been compassionate, honest, and kind in her interactions with us. She has talked directly with mom, understanding the difficulty in making this decision, and I am grateful for her knowledge and guidance. The staff has received accolades from a friend of mom's who is there for rehab.

We finally saw our new home-to-be yesterday! It is just as I had pictured it! We met a lovely, smiling face at the front counter whose name I think was Deb…….my memory is failing me, I’m afraid. But then we met Lisa whom I felt I knew since we have talked many times already. She is as charming as I had expected! Your staff was very informative and very nice. I believe his name is Jason, they gave us the tour. He showed us an apartment and told us how to fill out the application so that we could get on the waiting list.

My husband was at Mountain Vista in February 2025 after a rib fracture; definitely pros and cons to this stay: therapists were awesome; transport staff to appointments - great; rehab staff (RN CNA others) on the floor ok, some staff members better than others; admin, front desk, social services - not always so helpful; cleanliness in general areas way better than the room that my husband was assigned to; when admitted, many items remained from the prior resident and the room was in need of a deep clean (vacuum, dust, etc.) b... read more

It is my pleasure to say our experience today was a very nice experience. Lisa was very informative on what the facility provided. She was able to show us which rooms were available. The home is clean, offers plenty of activities and the dining room was roomy. Left my mother feeling more confident in the decision needing assisted living.
