I rented a storage unit at Move It Storage on Lakeside Dr. I had this unit for over a year. Many items of value, and personal items of my families deaths. I was behind on 2 months of payments, was told by 'Libby' that my unit would be auctioned off on November 24th,2024. When i called to get amount due the morning of 24th, was informed that my unit was auctioned on the 21st of November,2024. The storage facility has water leak stains from the ceiling, the construction is just a free standing wall that doesn't seem to be very secure at all. The units light bulb is out, I am 5/6 and a female. I can't change that bulb. The roll away door to enter into the hall way of F11 kind of came off the track when I rolled it up. Luckily my friend was able to pop it back in place to get it to work. That is a safety hazard, you really need to check into that. Just really disappointed.
