I had a great experience the first time we hired Moving Proz but today was a different experience. One of the three movers was extremely pleasant and professional, whereas the other two complained about one another the entire time, were not very careful with our furniture, scratched our brand new floors, and were not very professional or nice. At the end I said my husband had cash for tip. To be fair I may have not said it very loud but one of them very loudly said, “Guess we’re not getting a tip!” to the others, which made ... read more
Last time I used these guys, the two guys they sent were incredibly unprofessional. Mainly the lead guy, he was incredibly argumentative with his associate, very demanding, and incredibly rude towards me. Ended up charging me an extra hour because they spent most of the time arguing with each other than moving. Not impressed.
I wouldn’t recommend this company. We were grossly overcharged and no one will return my phone call or emails with any explanation of the charges
Sadly my experience with Moving Proz was not good. It started out amazing. They communicated often and kept me up to date I’m with the process. They fought for my business and were clear about expectations. Sadly, the day of the move was the exact opposite. No one called with updates as to the arrival time. I had to call for an update and learned that the three movers assigned to my job would arrive after loading and unloading an another job first.
