I wish I had gone with a different company. When paying for our move, we paid a 35% deposit- $984.55. I tipped 20% (over $500) because we thought they did a good job and it took a long time. However, after they left. We found several boxes upstairs that were clearly marked for basement and several marked basement that were left upstairs. If you like your front yard driven through by a 5 ton box truck, and you didn’t even hire these guys, your new neighbor did, then I guess they’re doing alright? Honestly, if your drivers can’t navigate this, then maybe get new ones? Like I said, we didn’t even hire these guys, our new neighbor did. I’m pretty sure they hit his car too when attempting to pull out the other way. 🤷🏻♂️👍 We left you a message too. Feel free to call me back.
I regret to make statements like this, but this 'company' was the worst experience ever. Not only did they damage some of my furniture, but they put a huge gash across my wood floor which cost over $1,000 to fix. When I tried to reach the owners to discuss the matter they wouldn't return phone calls. Their address on the web site isn't even real. Consumers beware!!
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Ruined my very expensive couch, front door and broke a big vase and tried to hide it from me and never tell me. That's just the beginning! My 67 year old Mom came over later in the day to help...the movers did not know she was my Mom and was on the elevator with them only to hear one of the movers on the phone with his supervisor saying "I'm coming home after this one...this fu$king bit@# has a lot of heavy shit". Was told my move date was available before the estimate was taken... then I never got the price of the estimate, but was told my move date wasnt available now. I'm assuming a more profitable option must have come a long. I'll be hiring another moving company that's trust worthy, honest and really wants the business.
